A youth's passionate perspective on feeding the world!

Feeding the world's growing population is top-of-mind for pretty much everyone who is associated with agriculture these days.

On this topic, a passionate Bruce Sargent speaks about how farmers, consumers and the education system can make a difference. Sargent is a University of Guelph student and a long-time member of the Durham West 4-H Association who has been chosen along with 120 other young people from around the world to gather at the Youth Ag Summit in Calgary this summer to discuss ideas on how to feed the world's growing population.

Sargent, a young video production entrepreneur and owner of Farm Boy Productions submitted his application via video. Take a look.......http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2KacuXVUt8

The Youth Ag Summit is a new initiative by 4-H Canada in honour of its 100th anniversary and Bayer celebrating 150 Years of "Science for a better life".
